Stranger’s Reunion- SG Cafes

A little shop house in the south of Singapore is home to one of the cutest little cafes I’ve been to so far. Walk through the doors and there are an array of different types of tables and chairs. From red velvet to wood, steel to couches, this little café is bustling with colors and chatters. When seated at your table, you’re brought a bottle of water with the saying “let’s make loIMG_0610ve, coffee and magic”, and Stranger’s Reunion does just that.

Their extensive menu was bursting with exotic teas, such as Rose Tea, crazy waffles and a breakfast menu to die for. After staring in awe at the menu for too long, I decided on waffles with macerated strawberries and vanilla bean ice cream and an iced mocha, Ellie decided on eggs on toast done sunny-side up and rose tea, and Flissy decided on avocado on toast and an iced mocha. But of course, we couldn’t go without ordering fries, so we got a plate of truffle fries to share. The food was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere upped it up a whole other level. If you’re looking for a low-key brunch with your girlfriends, I highly recommend Stranger’s Reunion at 35 Kampong Bahru Rd. You won’t regret it!
